Get back to a knee you can actually trust.

Most programs jump straight to exercises your body isn't ready for, neurally or physically. I built the Bulletproof Knee Protocol to close this gap.

Meet Alan

Torn ACL. Twice. Ten years on, no injuries.

Alan Salgado Espino
Alan Salgado EspinoPerformance coach and footballer

At 16, playing Division 1 football in Belgium, I was cleared at six months and re-injured it on my first game back. Being cleared didn't mean being ready.

The second time I started with what every program skipped: getting the signal back, then building capacity on top of it. That order is the Bulletproof Knee Protocol.

Any questions? Quick answers.

How is this different from what I’ve already been given?

It starts by restoring the signal you may have lost across your body. Then it rebuilds strength, speed, mobility, proprioception and capacity across your whole lower chain, in that order.

How much time does it take?

45–60 minutes, three times a week.

What equipment do I need?

A standard gym: bands, bench, wall, dumbbells, and a leg-extension, leg-press, hamstring-curl and Smith machine. Training at home too? The Home + Gym plan adds the At-Home Edition, with minimal equipment.

Can I do this if I’m still in some pain?

Often yes, if it’s manageable: pain at or below 3/10 during exercise, no sharp or unstable pain, symptoms back to baseline within 24 hours.

Is this for early ACL recovery?

No. It’s best suited to people already cleared for running after surgery, active people with lingering knee pain or stiffness, and active people who want more resilient knees. In early ACL recovery? See how I can help here.

How do I get access after paying?

Right after payment you receive an email with your download links. You can start Phase 1 the same day.
