  • Attach a band around your shoulder, and around the same leg
  • From here lay down on the floor
  • Keep your upper back on the floor and start performing the movement shown on the video
  • 8 reps followed by 8 hamstring lockouts

 

From there, Move the Ribcage Around a Fixed Pelvis:

  • Keep the band attached in the same way
  • Use another band or cable machine for the opposite side
  • Pull & reach and enjoy the gains
